FAQS

Frequently asked questions

What is Rocli Learning Academy?

Rocli is a hybrid academic program designed for neurodivergent learners who benefit from smaller groups, flexible schedules, therapy collaboration, and individualized support.

Is Rocli a traditional school?

No. Rocli is a hybrid academic program, not a traditional school. Families choose the schedule and format that fits their child, and many combine Rocli with ABA, therapies, or homeschool learning.

What ages do you serve?

Learners approximately ages 5–14. The Elementary pathway runs mornings for ages 5–9; the Middle School pathway runs afternoons for ages 10–14.

What types of students are a good fit?

Students who benefit from small groups, visual supports, individualized pacing, and therapy-friendly scheduling — including learners who are not currently at grade level, who use AAC, or who are minimally speaking or non-speaking.

Do you only work with autistic students?

No. We commonly support students with autism, Down syndrome, communication differences, developmental delays, executive functioning challenges, and social learning differences.

What is Hybrid Academy?

Small-group learning with individualized support, Monday through Thursday, on a 2-day or 4-day schedule. Elementary meets 9:00 AM–1:00 PM; Middle School meets 1:30 PM–4:30 PM.

What is 1:1 Learning Support?

Personalized instruction built around your child — reading, writing, math, IXL, functional academics, and homeschool learning. Sessions can take place at Rocli, in the home, at an ABA clinic, or another approved setting.

What is Guided Learning?

An ongoing parent-guided program for families homeschooling at home. Rocli provides weekly learning plans, IXL recommendations, assignment guidance, progress monitoring, and ongoing support while you facilitate the learning.

What are ABA Satellite Learning Pods?

Small-group academics delivered inside participating ABA centers, so students receive educational support without leaving their therapeutic setting or reducing ABA hours.

Does Rocli replace ABA therapy?

No. Rocli provides education, not therapy. We work alongside your ABA, speech, and OT providers rather than in place of them.

Can my child attend Rocli and still receive ABA?

Yes — that's how many of our families use us. Flexible 2- and 4-day schedules exist specifically so families don't have to choose between therapy and academics.

Do you use IXL?

Yes. Rocli combines IXL, Experience Curriculum, Rocli Roadmap goals, functional academics, life skills, and customized learning activities based on each student's needs.

Does my child need an IEP?

No. An IEP, 504, evaluation, or therapy report is helpful if you have one, but it is not required.

What if my child is not on grade level?

That's common here. We help students build skills from where they actually are, rather than teaching to a grade label.

Do you support homeschool families?

Yes — through Guided Learning, 1:1 Learning Support, or a 2-day Hybrid Academy schedule alongside home learning.

How many students are in each group?

Group sizes are intentionally small and vary by classroom and by student need, which is why we discuss it during the fit conversation rather than publish a fixed number.

Can my child attend only 2 days per week?

Yes. Both Elementary and Middle School pathways offer 2-day and 4-day options.

Is there an enrollment fee?

Yes. The Enrollment + Rocli Roadmap fee is $395, which includes parent intake review, student learning profile review, support recommendations, classroom placement guidance, academic planning recommendations, and transition planning.

What is the tuition?

Elementary: $750/month for 2 days, $1,550/month for 4 days. Middle School: $650/month for 2 days, $1,350/month for 4 days. 1:1 Learning Support: $850/month for 2 hours weekly, $1,600/month for 4 hours. Guided Learning: $380/month. ABA Satellite Pods start at $400/month.

Do you offer payment options?

Payment options are discussed once we meet.

Can Rocli work with my child's therapists?

Yes. Therapy collaboration is built into how we schedule and plan. The Rocli Roadmap also includes an optional Educational Collaborative Summary you can share with your ABA team, school, or therapists.

Do you communicate with parents during the day?

Families receive updates through Brightwheel. Confirm what's shared daily.

Do you provide meals or snacks?

No.

What if we live too far from Roswell?

The Rocli Roadmap is available virtually nationwide. Guided Learning is also delivered remotely, so families outside Georgia can still work with us.

Can Rocli come to my child's ABA clinic?

If your child attends an ABA center that doesn't currently offer a Rocli Learning Pod, tell us. We're always interested in connecting with ABA providers who want to expand educational opportunities for their families.

How do I know which program is right for my child?

Start with a call. We'll ask about your child's current week, communication style, and support needs, and tell you honestly which path fits — including if that path isn't Rocli.

How do we get started?

Book a tour, schedule a call, or attend an open house. From there you'll submit an application, complete enrollment and the Rocli Roadmap, and receive a placement.
