Academic support team for neurodivergent children

Who We Serve

Rocli was intentionally created for neurodivergent learners who may need a more supportive, flexible, and individualized educational environment than traditional schools are often able to provide.

Many of the families who come to Rocli have spent years trying to find the right fit for their child. Some have experienced overwhelming classroom environments, lack of individualized support, difficulty balancing therapies with school schedules, or programs that simply were not designed for children with higher support needs.

At Rocli, we understand that every child learns differently — and that meaningful progress often starts with creating an environment where children feel safe, supported, regulated, and understood.

The Students We Commonly Support

Rocli commonly supports children with:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (Levels 1, 2, and 3)

  • Down syndrome

  • developmental delays

  • communication differences

  • executive functioning challenges

  • social learning differences

Many of our students:

  • are not currently performing at grade level

  • require smaller group settings

  • benefit from visual supports and structured routines

  • use AAC devices or alternative communication methods

  • are minimally speaking or non-speaking

  • need additional support with regulation, transitions, communication, or social interaction

  • benefit from therapy collaboration and individualized pacing

Our environment is designed to support learners who may struggle in larger classrooms or more traditional educational settings.

Not Grade-Level Dependent

At Rocli, students are not grouped strictly by age or grade level alone.

Placement is based on:

  • communication style

  • support needs

  • learning profile

  • social compatibility

  • emotional regulation

  • academic readiness

This allows us to create smaller and more supportive learning environments that better meet students where they are developmentally and academically.

A Strong Parent Partnership

We believe parents are an essential part of the educational process.

Many of our families are balancing:

  • ABA therapy

  • speech therapy

  • occupational therapy

  • medical appointments

  • homeschool responsibilities

  • emotional and behavioral support needs

We understand how overwhelming that journey can sometimes feel.

Our goal is to work alongside families to create realistic, supportive educational pathways that help reduce stress while supporting long-term growth and independence.

At Rocli, parents are not expected to “fit into a system.”

We work to build a program that better fits the child.

Collaboration With Therapists & Support Teams

Rocli values collaboration with the professionals supporting each child whenever appropriate and beneficial for the student.

Depending on the child’s needs and program structure, collaboration may include:

  • ABA therapists

  • BCBAs

  • speech therapists

  • occupational therapists

  • support staff

  • homeschool support teams

Our flexible model allows many families to continue therapies while participating in structured academics and social learning opportunities.

For some learners, this collaborative approach creates a more consistent and supportive experience across environments.

A Different Kind of Learning Environment

Rocli is not a one-size-fits-all program.

Our hybrid academic model was designed to provide:

  • smaller group instruction

  • individualized support

  • therapy-friendly scheduling

  • life skills integration

  • social learning opportunities

  • flexible pathways for neurodivergent learners

Most importantly, we strive to create an environment where students feel accepted, supported, and capable while continuing to grow academically, socially, emotionally, and functionally at their own pace.
