​What is Rocli Learning Academy?  

Rocli Learning Academy is a small, flexible learning program created for neurodivergent students who need a more individualized approach to education.

We support students through small-group learning, homeschool support, functional academics, communication practice, life skills, social development, and individualized planning.

 

Rocli is especially helpful for families whose children do not thrive in traditional classroom settings or need a learning option that works alongside ABA, speech, OT, PT, or other therapies.

 

Is Rocli Learning Academy a traditional school?

 

Rocli Learning Academy is not designed to look or feel like a traditional school.

Our model is intentionally smaller and more flexible. Many students are enrolled as homeschool students while receiving educational support through Rocli.

Families are responsible for meeting homeschool requirements when applicable. Rocli provides learning support, structure, planning, academic reinforcement, life skills instruction, and parent guidance.

 

What ages do you serve?

 

Our Roswell campus primarily serves students ages 5–10 in our Hybrid Academy program.

 

However, older students may still be a fit for other Rocli options, including:

• Guided Learning

• Individualized Learning Support

• ABA partner-site support

• Mobile learning support at home or at an ABA clinic

 

If your child is older than 10, we still encourage you to reach out so we can help determine the best pathway.

 

What types of students are a good fit for Rocli?

 

Rocli may be a good fit for students who:

• are autistic or neurodivergent

• need a smaller learning environment

• are not currently working at grade level

• need functional academic support

• need support with communication

• use AAC or alternative communication

• need social and life skills practice

• struggle in traditional classrooms

• need a flexible homeschool support option

• attend ABA, speech, OT, or PT

• need individualized pacing and a calmer learning environment

 

Do you only work with autistic students?

 

No. While many of our students are autistic, Rocli may also support students with developmental delays, communication differences, learning differences, intellectual disabilities, sensory needs, ADHD, Down syndrome, or other neurodivergent profiles.

 

Placement is based on each child’s needs, group fit, safety, support needs, and available space.

 

What is Hybrid Academy?

 

Hybrid Academy is Rocli’s center-based small-group program at our Roswell campus.

 

Students attend in small groups and work on functional academics, reading, writing, math support, IXL practice, communication, social learning, life skills, regulation, and independence.

 

Hybrid Academy is offered Monday–Thursday from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Families may choose:

• 2-Day Hybrid Academy

• 4-Day Hybrid Academy

 

What is the Full Day Option?

The Full Day Option is for families who need a longer day from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM.

The morning portion includes Hybrid Academy. The afternoon portion focuses on enrichment, life skills, social practice, communication, sensory regulation, art, movement, projects, routines, and guided independence.

 

The afternoon is not a second academic school block. It is designed to provide structure, support, peer interaction, and real-life skill development.

 

What is Guided Learning?

 

Guided Learning is a parent-guided homeschool support program.

It is designed for families who are homeschooling at home but need help creating structure, weekly learning plans, IXL goals, parent checklists, and monthly review.

Guided Learning is not live online school. Rocli provides the plan and support, while the parent helps guide the child at home.

 

What is Individualized Learning Support?

 

Individualized Learning Support is one-on-one educational support provided by a Rocli Learning Guide.

 

This may take place:

• in the family’s home

• at an ABA clinic

• at another approved partner location

 

This option may be helpful for students who are not ready for a group setting, live too far from Roswell, attend ABA during the day, are older than our Roswell campus age range, or need more individualized support.

 

What are ABA Satellite Learning Pods or partner-site support?

 

ABA partner-site support allows Rocli to bring educational support into the setting where a child already receives ABA services.

In some cases, Rocli may provide Individualized Learning Support at a child’s ABA clinic. Small-group pods may become available when enough families at the same clinic are interested and schedules align.

 

Because clinic schedules vary, most families begin with Individualized Learning Support first.

 

Does Rocli replace ABA therapy?

 

No. Rocli does not replace ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, counseling, or medical services.

Rocli provides educational support, homeschool support, small-group learning, guided learning plans, life skills practice, communication support, and family-centered learning support.

We can work alongside therapy providers when appropriate.

 

Can my child attend Rocli and still receive ABA?

 

Yes. Many families combine Rocli with ABA, speech, OT, PT, or other therapies.

Some students attend Rocli on certain days and therapies on other days. Others may receive support at an ABA clinic through Individualized Learning Support or partner-site support when available.

 

Does my child need to bring an ABA therapist or RBT?

 

Not always.

Some students can participate successfully in Rocli without a therapist if they are able to engage safely in a small-group setting with redirection and support.

However, if a child requires one-on-one behavioral, medical, toileting, elopement, aggression, or safety support, Rocli may recommend that the family provide an outside therapist, RBT, aide, or additional support plan before enrollment can begin.

 

What if my child is not on grade level?

 

That is okay.

Many Rocli students are not working at grade level. We focus on where the child is now and build from there.

Our approach may include functional academics, IXL practice, adapted learning goals, communication support, life skills, independence, and individualized pacing.

 

Do you use IXL?

 

Yes, IXL may be used when appropriate.

IXL helps us support reading, language arts, math, and skill practice based on the student’s current level. For some students, IXL may be used regularly. For others, we may use more hands-on, functional, or adapted learning activities depending on the child’s needs.

 

Is Rocli only for homeschool families?

 

Many Rocli families use Rocli as part of their homeschool plan, but families come to us from different situations.

 

Some are transitioning out of public school, private school, ABA-only programming, or traditional homeschool. Others are looking for a flexible learning option that works with therapy schedules.

When applicable, parents are responsible for meeting homeschool requirements.

Do parents have to file homeschool paperwork?

If your child is being homeschooled, parents are responsible for meeting their state’s homeschool requirements, including any required paperwork, attendance records, or reporting.

Rocli can provide homeschool support, learning plans, progress notes, and guidance, but the parent remains responsible for legal homeschool compliance when applicable.

 

How many students are in each group?

 

Rocli is intentionally small.

Group size depends on the students enrolled, support needs, staffing, and space. Our goal is to maintain a low-ratio environment where students can receive meaningful support and participate safely.

Because of this, space is limited and enrollment is based on fit, availability, and group needs.

 

Why are 4-day seats limited?

Four-day students attend both Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday groups, which means they use a seat across the full week.

To keep the program balanced and small, 4-day seats are limited. Once those seats are full, families may still have the option of 2-Day Hybrid Academy, Guided Learning, Individualized Learning Support, or a future opening.

 

Can my child attend only 2 days per week?

Yes. The 2-Day Hybrid Academy option is one of our main programs.

This is a great fit for families who want small-group learning while still having time for homeschool, ABA, therapies, family routines, or other services during the week.

 

Can my child stay until 4:00 PM?

Yes, if space and staffing are available.

Families may choose the Full Day Option, which runs from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. The afternoon focuses on enrichment, life skills, social practice, regulation, communication, movement, projects, and guided independence.

 

Is the afternoon portion academic?

 

The afternoon portion is not a second academic school block.

The focus is on life skills, social practice, communication, regulation, routines, movement, art, projects, and independence. Light academic reinforcement or IXL practice may happen when appropriate, but the main purpose is enrichment and functional skill development.

 

What is the Rocli Roadmap?

 

The Rocli Roadmap is part of our intake and planning process.

It helps us better understand your child’s:

• strengths

• learning style

• communication needs

• sensory needs

• academic level

• social skills

• life skills

• support needs

• homeschool goals

• family priorities

The Roadmap helps us recommend the best Rocli pathway for your child.

 

Is there an enrollment fee?

Rocli Learning Academy has a two-part admissions and onboarding fee structure for center-based enrollment.

 

Application Fee: $95

This fee is due when submitting the application and includes:

• admissions review

• intake processing

• initial placement consideration

 

Enrollment & Rocli Roadmap Fee: $295

This fee is due once a student is accepted and moving forward with enrollment. It includes:

• parent intake review

• student learning profile review

• support recommendations

• classroom placement guidance

• academic planning recommendations

• transition planning

 

These fees help us carefully evaluate each student’s needs and prepare the best learning pathway for success at Rocli.

 

Guided Learning Support and Individualized Learning Support may include setup within the tuition structure, depending on the program.

 

What is the tuition?

 

Hybrid Academy tuition is based on a 10-month school-year commitment.

 

2-Day Hybrid Academy: $7,500 school-year tuition or $750/month for 10 months
 

4-Day Hybrid Academy: $15,500 school-year tuition or $1,550/month for 10 months

 

2-Day Hybrid Academy Full Day: $11,450 school-year tuition or $1,145/month for 10 months
 

4-Day Hybrid Academy Full Day: $22,450 school-year tuition or $2,245/month for 10 months

 

Guided Learning Support: $3,000 school-year tuition or $300/month for 10 months

 

Individualized Learning Support, 1x/week: $8,500 school-year tuition or $850/month for 10 months
 

Individualized Learning Support, 2x/week: $16,000 school-year tuition or $1,600/month for 10 months

 

Is tuition month-to-month?

 

Rocli tuition is based on a 10-month school-year commitment.

Families may pay the full school-year tuition or use the monthly payment plan. The monthly option is a payment plan for the school-year tuition, not a drop-in or month-to-month program.

Do you offer scholarships, financing, or payment options?

 

Rocli Learning Academy tuition is based on a 10-month school-year commitment. Families may pay the full school-year tuition or use the monthly payment plan listed for each program.

 

Some families may also use outside funding sources to help pay for educational support. Funding options may depend on the family’s eligibility, the child’s needs, the program selected, and approval from the funding source.

 

Families may explore options such as:

• 529 education savings funds

• Georgia Promise Scholarship, when eligible

• InCommunity Family Support Funding, when approved

• Georgia Special Needs Scholarship / SB10, coming soon for Rocli if approved, likely for the 2027–2028 school year

• Private family support, employer benefits, or other educational funding sources

 

The Georgia Promise Scholarship provides up to $6,500 per eligible student for the 2026–2027 academic year, paid in quarterly installments, and may be used for approved nonpublic schooling options, including private school and home study expenses. Eligibility and allowable use of funds must be confirmed through the Georgia Promise program.

 

Some families may also be able to use 529 education savings funds for qualified K–12 education expenses. Families should confirm with their 529 plan administrator or tax advisor before using 529 funds.

 

InCommunity Family Support Funding may assist eligible families with disability-related goods and services that support the care and needs of their loved one. This funding is not guaranteed and must be approved through the appropriate process.

 

SB10 / Georgia Special Needs Scholarship funds are typically used to offset tuition at participating private schools for eligible students with an IEP or qualifying 504 Plan. Rocli is working toward future eligibility, but this option is not currently available for the 2026–2027 school year. Our goal is to make this available beginning with the 2027–2028 school year, if approved.

 

Families are responsible for confirming eligibility, approval, and allowable use of any outside funding source.

 

Do you offer drop-in days?

 

Rocli is not designed as a drop-in program.

Because our students need consistency, routine, and careful group planning, enrollment is based on a regular schedule. Occasional exceptions may be considered for currently enrolled families only, based on space and staffing.

 

Can my child try it before enrolling?

 

In some cases, Rocli may recommend a tour, observation, Roadmap intake, or trial session before confirming placement.

 

Because our groups are small and many students have specific support needs, we want to make sure Rocli is a good fit before enrollment is finalized.

 

What if my child has behaviors?

 

We understand that many neurodivergent children may have behaviors related to communication, sensory needs, transitions, frustration, anxiety, or changes in routine.

Rocli will review each child’s needs during the intake process.

If a child has significant aggression, elopement, unsafe behaviors, intensive toileting needs, or requires one-on-one support to participate safely, Rocli may require additional support, an outside therapist, or a different placement recommendation.

 

Do you help with toileting?

 

Rocli can support bathroom routines and reminders for students who are mostly independent or need light assistance.

 

However, if a child requires significant toileting support, medical care, diapering, or one-on-one bathroom assistance, this must be discussed during the intake process. Additional support may be required.

 

Do you provide meals or snacks?

Families should send lunch, snacks, and a water bottle each day.

For Full Day students, families should send enough food for the longer day, including lunch and afternoon snack if needed.

 

What should my child bring?

 

Students should bring:

• lunch

• snacks

• water bottle

• change of clothes

• any needed communication device or AAC

• comfort or sensory items if helpful

• any learning materials requested by Rocli

 

Do you communicate with parents during the day?

 

Yes. Rocli uses Brightwheel for parent communication, updates, notes, and important information.

Communication may include daily notes, photos when appropriate, reminders, progress updates, and parent messages.

 

Can Rocli work with my child’s therapist?

 

Yes, when appropriate.

Rocli may collaborate with ABA providers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, or other professionals when it supports the child’s learning and participation.

Parent permission is required for communication with outside providers.

 

What if my child is older than 10?

 

Older students may still be a fit for Rocli, but not always through the Roswell Hybrid Academy group.

For older students, we may recommend:

• Guided Learning Support

• Individualized Learning Support

• ABA partner-site support

• in-home educational support

• clinic-based educational support

 

We encourage families with older students to contact us so we can help determine the best option.

 

What if we live too far from Roswell?

 

Families who live too far from the Roswell campus may be a better fit for:

• Guided Learning Support

• Individualized Learning Support

• ABA partner-site support

• future Rocli partner locations

 

If several families are interested in the same area, Rocli may explore future partner-site or location opportunities.

 

Can Rocli come to my child’s ABA clinic?

 

Possibly.

Rocli may be able to provide Individualized Learning Support at an ABA clinic depending on location, clinic approval, staff availability, schedule, and the child’s needs.

Small-group options may become available if enough families at the same clinic are interested.

 

How do I know which program is right for my child?
